How did 10KSB help you?
It taught me to work on my business instead of in it and opened my world up to new business networks.

What is one of the biggest challenges you face in your business?
We invest a large amount of cash into inventory so the balancing of cash is always our challenge.

What do you enjoy about being a small business owner?
I love to watch my team interpret my vision and put it into action.

Since graduating from 10KSB, is there an accomplishment that you are particularly proud of achieving?
As a women business owner I was given the opportunity to participate in WM's National Share the Green Event. I had to get accepted to participate and then I made a video that had to be judged to get me to the next level. Once I was awarded the opportunity, I got to present not only to the WM diversity team but also to a large group of large national companies that agreed to join in on the event. After doing a live PowerPoint online presentation to them, I was awarded an opportunity to do business with WM and Wastquip and Grainger. 10KSB gave me practice in doing a presentation in front of a large group and helped me believe in what I offer my customers and taught me how to put it into words.

I had the opportunity to be awarded Quarter Business Award from San Bernardino County Supervisor Curt Hagman in 2022. I was a finalist in the Spirit of the Entrepreneur Award in 2021. In 2020 I won SBA Women Business Owner Award for OC/Inland Empire. 2019 Character Building Award at the Connecting Faith and Business Summit. 2018 Business Women of the Year Award for NAWBO-IE.
